āvarjitāste rāmeṇa pādyārghyaviṣṭarādibhiḥ | stutiṃ cakāra viprāṇāṃ daṇḍavatpraṇipatya ca

Translation

രാമൻ പാദ്യം, അർഘ്യം, ആസനം മുതലായ പരമ്പരാഗത ഉപചാരങ്ങളാൽ അവരെ ആദരത്തോടെ സ്വീകരിച്ചു. പിന്നെ ബ്രാഹ്മണരെ സ്തുതിച്ച് ദണ്ഡവത് പ്രണാമം ചെയ്തു.
