मा मे पदच्युतिर्भूयाद्दैत्यल्लोहासुरात्क्वचित् । मघवान्गुप्तरूपेण समेत्याश्रमकाननम्
mā me padacyutirbhūyāddaityallohāsurātkvacit | maghavānguptarūpeṇa sametyāśramakānanam
ഇന്ദ്രൻ മനസ്സിൽ ചിന്തിച്ചു—“ദൈത്യൻ ലോഹാസുരനാൽ എനിക്ക് ഒരിക്കലും പദച്യുതി വരരുത്.” ഇങ്ങനെ വിചാരിച്ച് മഘവാൻ (ഇന്ദ്രൻ) ഗുപ്തരൂപം ധരിച്ചു ആശ്രമവനത്തിലേക്ക് ചെന്നു.
