महाजनान्याचयितुं चचाल च शनैःशनैः । करावलंबेनान्यस्याः प्राग्जन्मार्जितकर्मणा । दिनैः कतिपयैर्याती गोकर्णं क्षेत्रमाययौ
mahājanānyācayituṃ cacāla ca śanaiḥśanaiḥ | karāvalaṃbenānyasyāḥ prāgjanmārjitakarmaṇā | dinaiḥ katipayairyātī gokarṇaṃ kṣetramāyayau
ജനക്കൂട്ടത്തിൽ നിന്ന് ഭിക്ഷ തേടാൻ അവൾ പതുക്കെ പതുക്കെ നടന്നു; മറ്റൊരാളുടെ കൈപിടിത്തത്തിന്റെ ആശ്രയത്തോടെ, മുൻജന്മാർജിത കർമത്തിന്റെ പ്രേരണയാൽ. കുറച്ച് ദിവസത്തെ യാത്രയ്ക്കുശേഷം അവൾ ഗോകർണ്ണക്ഷേത്രത്തിലെത്തി.
