तत्रास्थीनि विलीयन्ते पिण्डदानेऽक्षया गतिः । यत्किंचिद्दीयते तत्र तद्धि कोटिगुणं भवेत्
tatrāsthīni vilīyante piṇḍadāne'kṣayā gatiḥ | yatkiṃciddīyate tatra taddhi koṭiguṇaṃ bhavet
അവിടെ അസ്ഥികളും ലയിക്കുന്നു എന്നു പറയുന്നു; പിണ്ഡദാനം ചെയ്താൽ പിതൃകൾക്ക് അക്ഷയഗതി ലഭിക്കുന്നു. അവിടെ നൽകുന്ന ഏതു ദാനവും കോടിഗുണ ഫലപ്രദമാകും.
