श्रीमार्कण्डेय उवाच । ततो गच्छेत्तु राजेन्द्र मातृतीर्थमनुत्तमम् । सङ्गमस्य समीपस्थं नर्मदादक्षिणे तटे

ശ്രീ മാർക്കണ്ഡേയൻ അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു—ഹേ രാജേന്ദ്രാ, തുടർന്ന് സംഗമത്തിനടുത്ത് നർമദയുടെ തെക്കൻ തീരത്തിലുള്ള അനുത്തമ മാതൃതീർത്ഥത്തിലേക്ക് പോകണം।
