वृथा क्लेशश्च जायेत ब्राह्मणे ह्यग्निहोत्रिणि । असत्प्रतिग्रहं कुर्वन्गुप्तं नीचस्य गर्हितम्
vṛthā kleśaśca jāyeta brāhmaṇe hyagnihotriṇi | asatpratigrahaṃ kurvanguptaṃ nīcasya garhitam
അഗ്നിഹോത്രി ബ്രാഹ്മണൻ നീചനിൽ നിന്നു രഹസ്യമായി നിന്ദ്യമായ അസത്-പ്രതിഗ്രഹം ചെയ്താൽ, അവനിൽ വ്യർത്ഥമായ ക്ലേശം മാത്രമേ ജനിക്കൂ।
