ईश्वर उवाच । ददामि ते वरं ह्यद्य यस्त्वया याचितोऽनघ । गणेषु मे स्थितः पुत्र भृङ्गीशस्त्वं भविष्यसि
īśvara uvāca | dadāmi te varaṃ hyadya yastvayā yācito'nagha | gaṇeṣu me sthitaḥ putra bhṛṅgīśastvaṃ bhaviṣyasi
ഈശ്വരൻ പറഞ്ഞു—ഹേ അനഘാ! നീ യാചിച്ച വരം ഇന്ന് ഞാൻ നിനക്കു നൽകുന്നു. പുത്രാ, എന്റെ ഗണങ്ങളിൽ സ്ഥാപിതനായി നീ ഭൃംഗീശനാകും।
