अन्तर्वासो धृतवती दृष्ट्वा कर्पटकं रहः । याज्ञवल्क्योऽपि तद्रात्रौ सुप्तो यत्र सुसंवृतः
antarvāso dhṛtavatī dṛṣṭvā karpaṭakaṃ rahaḥ | yājñavalkyo'pi tadrātrau supto yatra susaṃvṛtaḥ
രഹസ്യമായി ഒരു തുണി കണ്ട അവൾ അത് അന്തർവസ്ത്രമായി ധരിച്ചു. യാജ്ഞവൽക്ക്യനും ആ രാത്രിയിൽ താൻ കിടന്ന സ്ഥലത്ത് നന്നായി മൂടപ്പെട്ട് നിദ്രിച്ചു.
