युधिष्ठिर उवाच । कस्मिन्युगे समुत्पन्नः कस्य पुत्रो महामतिः । तपस्तप्त्वा सुविपुलं तोषितो येन शङ्करः
yudhiṣṭhira uvāca | kasminyuge samutpannaḥ kasya putro mahāmatiḥ | tapastaptvā suvipulaṃ toṣito yena śaṅkaraḥ
യുധിഷ്ഠിരൻ പറഞ്ഞു—ആ മഹാമതി ഏതു യുഗത്തിൽ ജനിച്ചു, ആരുടെ പുത്രനായിരുന്നു? അത്യന്തം മഹത്തായ തപസ്സു ചെയ്ത് ശങ്കരനെ പ്രസാദിപ്പിച്ചവൻ ആര്?
