ब्राह्मणा ऊचुः । दुर्योधन महाराज श्रूयतां महदद्भुतम् । न श्रुतं न च दृष्टं वा कौतुकं नृपपुंगव
brāhmaṇā ūcuḥ | duryodhana mahārāja śrūyatāṃ mahadadbhutam | na śrutaṃ na ca dṛṣṭaṃ vā kautukaṃ nṛpapuṃgava
ബ്രാഹ്മണർ പറഞ്ഞു—ഹേ മഹാരാജ ദുര്യോധന! ഒരു മഹാദ്ഭുതം ശ്രവിക്കൂ. ഹേ നൃപശ്രേഷ്ഠാ! ഇത്തരമൊരു അത്ഭുതം ഒരിക്കലും കേട്ടതുമില്ല, കണ്ടതുമില്ല.
