युगरूपेण सा पश्चाच्चतुर्धा विनियोजिता । मदप्रज्ञानुसारेण नराणां तु महर्षिभिः
yugarūpeṇa sā paścāccaturdhā viniyojitā | madaprajñānusāreṇa narāṇāṃ tu maharṣibhiḥ
പിന്നീട് യുഗസ്വഭാവം അനുസരിച്ച് മഹർഷിമാർ അതിനെ നാലായി വിന്യസിച്ചു—മനുഷ്യരുടെ ബുദ്ധിശേഷിയിലെ വ്യത്യാസം അനുസരിച്ച്.
