ज्वलते धूमसंयुक्तो विस्फुलिङ्गकणैः सह । कुंजरा विमदा जातास्तुरगाः सत्त्ववर्जिताः

jvalate dhūmasaṃyukto visphuliṅgakaṇaiḥ saha | kuṃjarā vimadā jātāsturagāḥ sattvavarjitāḥ

അത് പുകയോടുകൂടി, സ്ഫുലിംഗകണങ്ങളോടൊപ്പം ജ്വലിച്ചു. ആനകൾ മദരഹിതരായി; കുതിരകൾ ബലവും സത്ത്വവും നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടവയായി.
