निष्पन्दनयना मर्त्याश्चित्रेष्वालिखिता इव । देवायतनगा देवा रटन्ति प्रहसन्ति च । स्वप्ने पश्यन्ति चात्मानं रक्ताम्बरविभूषितम्
niṣpandanayanā martyāścitreṣvālikhitā iva | devāyatanagā devā raṭanti prahasanti ca | svapne paśyanti cātmānaṃ raktāmbaravibhūṣitam
മർത്ത്യർ കണ്ണിമയ്ക്കാതെ ചിത്രത്തിൽ വരച്ച രൂപങ്ങളെപ്പോലെ നിശ്ചലരായി നിന്നു. ദേവാലയങ്ങളിലുള്ള ദേവന്മാരും നിലവിളിക്കുകയും വിചിത്രമായി ചിരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു; സ്വപ്നത്തിൽ ആളുകൾ തങ്ങളെ രക്തവർണ്ണ വസ്ത്രങ്ങളാൽ അലങ്കരിച്ചതായി കണ്ടു।
