मार्कण्डेय उवाच । एतस्मिन्नन्तरे रुद्रो नर्मदातटमास्थितः । क्रीडते ह्युमया सार्द्धं नारदस्तत्र चागतः
mārkaṇḍeya uvāca | etasminnantare rudro narmadātaṭamāsthitaḥ | krīḍate hyumayā sārddhaṃ nāradastatra cāgataḥ
മാർക്കണ്ഡേയൻ പറഞ്ഞു—അതിനിടയിൽ രുദ്രൻ നർമദാതീരത്ത് വസിച്ച് ഉമയോടൊപ്പം ക്രീഡിച്ചു കൊണ്ടിരുന്നു; അവിടേക്കു നാരദനും എത്തി।
