ततः क्षमापयेद्देवीं देवं च ब्राह्मणं गुरुम् । यथा त्वं देवि ललिते न वियुक्तासि शम्भुना
tataḥ kṣamāpayeddevīṃ devaṃ ca brāhmaṇaṃ gurum | yathā tvaṃ devi lalite na viyuktāsi śambhunā
അതിനുശേഷം ദേവിയോടും ദേവനോടും ബ്രാഹ്മണ-ഗുരുവോടും ക്ഷമ യാചിക്കണം, (ഇങ്ങനെ പ്രാർത്ഥിച്ച്): ‘ഹേ ദേവി ലലിതേ! നീ ശംഭുവിൽ നിന്ന് ഒരിക്കലും വേർപെടാത്തതുപോലെ—’
