evaṃ tīrthāvaliḥ puṇyā revātīradvayāśritā | mayā proktā muniśreṣṭhāstathaivaśṛṇutānaghāḥ
Sūta (deduced from immediate narrative context of Revā Khaṇḍa narration)
Tirtha: Revā-tīra tīrthāvalī (both banks)
Type: kshetra
Listener: muni-śreṣṭhas (sages)
Scene: Sage-narrator concludes a ‘tīrtha-garland’ on the twin banks of Revā, addressing assembled sinless sages and inviting them to hear further.
The Revā’s sanctity extends across both banks, and hearing/reciting her tīrthas is itself a dhārmic act of purification.
Revā (Narmadā) and the network of tīrthas situated along both her banks.
Śravaṇa (hearing) and continued attentive listening to the subsequent tīrtha descriptions.
