ദേവദേവനായ ധീമാൻ പ്രഭു മൂന്നാം സംഭവത്തിൽ ചെയ്ത കർമ്മം മൂലം ‘ആമലേശ്വരം’ സ്ഥാനങ്ങളിൽ പരമസ്ഥാനം, അത്യുത്തമ പുണ്യക്ഷേത്രം എന്നു പ്രസിദ്ധമാണ്.
