śrīmārkaṇḍeya uvāca | tasyaivānantaraṃ pārtha sāvitrītīrthamuttamam | yatra siddhā mahābhāgā sāvitrī vedamātṛkā

ശ്രീ മാർക്കണ്ഡേയൻ പറഞ്ഞു— അതിന്റെ ഉടനെ, ഹേ പാർഥ, അത്യുത്തമമായ സാവിത്രീ തീർത്ഥം വരുന്നു; അവിടെ വേദമാതാവായ മഹാഭാഗ്യവതി സാവിത്രീ സിദ്ധി പ്രാപിച്ചു।
