हेषमाणः स्वरेणासौ मैथुनायोपचक्रमे । सम्मुखी तु ततो देवी निवृत्ता लघुविक्रमा
heṣamāṇaḥ svareṇāsau maithunāyopacakrame | sammukhī tu tato devī nivṛttā laghuvikramā
അവൻ ഉച്ചത്തിൽ ഹേഷധ്വനി ചെയ്ത് സംഗമത്തിനായി മുന്നേറി; അപ്പോൾ ദേവി നേരെ തിരിഞ്ഞ്, വേഗത്തിൽ പിന്മാറി।
