न तेऽपराद्धं यदि तेऽपराद्धमस्माभिरुन्मार्गविवर्तिनीभिः । तत्क्षम्यतां सृष्टिकृतस्तवैव देवापराधः सृजतो विवेकम्
na te'parāddhaṃ yadi te'parāddhamasmābhirunmārgavivartinībhiḥ | tatkṣamyatāṃ sṛṣṭikṛtastavaiva devāparādhaḥ sṛjato vivekam
നിനക്കു യഥാർത്ഥത്തിൽ അപരാധം സ്പർശിക്കില്ല; എങ്കിലും കുപഥത്തിലേക്ക് തിരിഞ്ഞ ഞങ്ങൾ നിന്നോടു അപരാധം ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അത് ക്ഷമിക്കണമേ. ഹേ സൃഷ്ടികർത്താവേ! ഈ ‘ദേവാപരാധം’ പോലും നീ സൃഷ്ടിയിൽ നൽകുന്ന വിവേകത്തോടു ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടു തന്നെയാണ്.
