इन्द्रस्त्वं पक्षिणां मध्ये भविष्यसि न संशयः । इति दत्त्वा वरं तस्मा अन्तर्धानं गतो हरः
indrastvaṃ pakṣiṇāṃ madhye bhaviṣyasi na saṃśayaḥ | iti dattvā varaṃ tasmā antardhānaṃ gato haraḥ
പക്ഷികളുടെ ഇടയിൽ നീ ഇന്ദ്രനാകും—സംശയമില്ല. ഇങ്ങനെ വരം നൽകി ഹരൻ (ശിവൻ) അപ്രത്യക്ഷനായി.
