दश प्रदक्षिणा दत्त्वा सूत्रेण परिवेष्टयेत् । कपिलां तु ततो विप्रे दद्याद्विगतमत्सरः
daśa pradakṣiṇā dattvā sūtreṇa pariveṣṭayet | kapilāṃ tu tato vipre dadyādvigatamatsaraḥ
പത്ത് പ്രദക്ഷിണം ചെയ്ത്, തുടർന്ന് സൂത്രം (യജ്ഞോപവീതം) കൊണ്ട് പരിവേഷ്ടനം ചെയ്യണം. പിന്നെ അസൂയ വിട്ട് ബ്രാഹ്മണന് കപിലാ പശുവിനെ ദാനം ചെയ്യണം.
