श्रीमार्कण्डेय उवाच । ततो गच्छेत्तु राजेन्द्र तीर्थं परमशोभनम् । नर्मदादक्षिणे कूले सर्वपापप्रणाशनम्

ശ്രീ മാർക്കണ്ഡേയൻ പറഞ്ഞു—ഹേ രാജേന്ദ്രാ! തുടർന്ന് നർമദയുടെ തെക്കൻ തീരത്തിലുള്ള പരമശോഭനവും സർവ്വപാപനാശകവുമായ തീർത്ഥത്തിലേക്ക് പോകണം.
