जगत्पश्यामि राजेन्द्र विशन्तं व्यादिते मुखे । नानातरङ्गभङ्गाङ्गा महाफेनौघसंकुलाः । यथा नद्यो लयं यान्ति समुद्रं प्राप्य सस्वनाः
jagatpaśyāmi rājendra viśantaṃ vyādite mukhe | nānātaraṅgabhaṅgāṅgā mahāphenaughasaṃkulāḥ | yathā nadyo layaṃ yānti samudraṃ prāpya sasvanāḥ
‘രാജേന്ദ്രാ! സർവ്വജഗത്തും ആ വായ് പിളർന്ന മുഖത്തിലേക്ക് പ്രവേശിക്കുന്നതായി ഞാൻ കാണുന്നു; അനേകം തരംഗങ്ങളാൽ തകർന്ന അവയവങ്ങളുള്ളതുപോലെ, മഹാഫേനപ്രവാഹം നിറഞ്ഞ നദികൾ മുഴങ്ങിക്കൊണ്ട് സമുദ്രത്തെ പ്രാപിച്ച് അതിൽ ലയിക്കുന്നതുപോലെ.’
