ततो रविज्वालसहस्रमालि बभूव वक्त्रं चलजिह्वदंष्ट्रम् । महेश्वरस्याद्भुतरूपिणस्तदा स द्वादशात्मा प्रबभूव एकः
tato ravijvālasahasramāli babhūva vaktraṃ calajihvadaṃṣṭram | maheśvarasyādbhutarūpiṇastadā sa dvādaśātmā prababhūva ekaḥ
അപ്പോൾ അത്ഭുതരൂപിയായ മഹേശ്വരന്റെ മുഖം ആയിരം സൂര്യസമാന ജ്വാലകളുടെ മാലയാൽ ശോഭിച്ചു; ചലിക്കുന്ന നാവുകളും ദംഷ്ട്രകളും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. അന്നേരം ആ ഏകൻ ദ്വാദശാത്മാവായി പ്രകാശിച്ചു।
