कर्णान्तप्राप्तनेत्राभ्यां पिबन्तीवाथ कामिनः । चन्द्रताम्बूलसौरभ्यैराकर्षन्तीव मन्मथम्
karṇāntaprāptanetrābhyāṃ pibantīvātha kāminaḥ | candratāmbūlasaurabhyairākarṣantīva manmatham
ചെവിവരെ എത്തുന്ന കണ്ണുകളാൽ അവൾ ദൃഷ്ടിയാൽ തന്നെ പ്രണയികളെ പാനം ചെയ്യുന്നതുപോലെ തോന്നി. ചന്ദ്രസമമായ താംബൂലസൗരഭ്യത്തോടെ അവൾ മന്മഥനെയും തന്റെ അടുക്കൽ ആകർഷിക്കുന്നതുപോലെ ദൃശ്യമായി.
