माहेश्वरे च राजेन्द्र गणवन्मोदते पुरे । श्राद्धं च कुरुते तत्र पितॄनुद्दिश्य सुस्थिरः
māheśvare ca rājendra gaṇavanmodate pure | śrāddhaṃ ca kurute tatra pitṝnuddiśya susthiraḥ
ഹേ രാജേന്ദ്രാ! മാഹേശ്വരത്തിൽ അവൻ ശിവഗണങ്ങളെപ്പോലെ ആ നഗരത്തിൽ ആനന്ദിക്കുന്നു; അവിടെ ദൃഢനിശ്ചയത്തോടെ പിതൃന്മാരെ ഉദ്ദേശിച്ച് ശ്രാദ്ധവും ചെയ്യുന്നു।
