ദേവൻ ദർശനാതീതനായ ശേഷം, ഹേ രാജേന്ദ്രാ, കാമദേവൻ അവിടെ ജഗദ്ഗുരുവായ ശിവനെ “കുസുമേശ്വരൻ” എന്ന നാമത്തിൽ സ്ഥാപിച്ചു.
