तेन पुण्येन महता मृतः स्वर्गमवाप्नुयात् । अप्सरोगणसंवीतो जयशब्दादिमङ्गलैः
tena puṇyena mahatā mṛtaḥ svargamavāpnuyāt | apsarogaṇasaṃvīto jayaśabdādimaṅgalaiḥ
ആ മഹാപുണ്യഫലമായി അവൻ ദേഹത്യാഗത്തിനു ശേഷം സ്വർഗ്ഗം പ്രാപിക്കുന്നു; അപ്സരാഗണങ്ങളാൽ ചുറ്റപ്പെട്ട് ‘ജയ’ മുതലായ മംഗളധ്വനികളാൽ അഭിവാദ്യം ചെയ്യപ്പെടുന്നു.
