gandhaiḥ puṣpaistathā dhūpairdīpanaivedyaśobhanaiḥ | pūjayitvā jagannāthaṃ tato mantramudīrayet

സുഗന്ധങ്ങൾ, പുഷ്പങ്ങൾ, ധൂപം, ദീപം, മനോഹര നൈവേദ്യം എന്നിവകൊണ്ട് ജഗന്നാഥനെ പൂജിച്ച്, തുടർന്ന് മന്ത്രം ഉച്ചരിക്കണം.
