तं दृष्ट्वा पतितं भूमौ देवदेवो महेश्वरः । को हनिष्यति माभैस्त्वं हुङ्कारमकरोत्तदा
taṃ dṛṣṭvā patitaṃ bhūmau devadevo maheśvaraḥ | ko haniṣyati mābhaistvaṃ huṅkāramakarottadā
അവനെ നിലത്തു വീണുകിടക്കുന്നത് കണ്ട ദേവദേവൻ മഹേശ്വരൻ—“നിനക്കെന്തു ഹാനി ചെയ്യും? ഭയപ്പെടേണ്ട” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു, അപ്പോൾ തന്നെ ഭയങ്കര ഹുങ്കാരം ഉച്ചരിച്ചു।
