स्नात्वा तु कपिलातीर्थे कपिलां यः प्रयच्छति । श्रुत्वा चाख्यानकं दिव्यं ब्राह्मणाञ्छृणु यत्फलम्
snātvā tu kapilātīrthe kapilāṃ yaḥ prayacchati | śrutvā cākhyānakaṃ divyaṃ brāhmaṇāñchṛṇu yatphalam
കപിലാതീർത്ഥത്തിൽ സ്നാനം ചെയ്ത് കപിലാ (തവിട്ടുനിറമുള്ള) പശുവിനെ ദാനം ചെയ്യുകയും, ഈ ദിവ്യാഖ്യാനവും ശ്രവിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നവൻ—ഹേ ബ്രാഹ്മണന്മാരേ, അതിന്റെ ഫലം കേൾക്കുവിൻ.
