स्मरमाणः पुरावृत्तं चिन्तयामि पुनःपुनः । एवं संचिन्त्य ते देवाः पितामहमहेश्वराः
smaramāṇaḥ purāvṛttaṃ cintayāmi punaḥpunaḥ | evaṃ saṃcintya te devāḥ pitāmahamaheśvarāḥ
പണ്ടുണ്ടായതു സ്മരിച്ച് ഞാൻ അതിനെ വീണ്ടും വീണ്ടും ചിന്തിക്കുന്നു. ഇങ്ങനെ ചിന്തിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് ആ ദേവന്മാർ—പിതാമഹൻ ബ്രഹ്മാവും മഹേശ്വരൻ ശിവനും—കൂടി ആലോചനയിൽ ഏർപ്പെട്ടു.
