Transliteration agníṃ táṃ manyé yó vásur ástaṃ yáṃ yánti dhenávaḥ | ástam árvanta āśávo'́stam nítyāso vājína íṣaṃ stotṛ́bhya ā́ bhara ||
Translation ഞാൻ അഗ്നിയെ ആ വസു (ശ്രേഷ്ഠൻ/മംഗളകരൻ) എന്നു കരുതുന്നു—ആരുടെ ഗൃഹത്തിലേക്കു പാലുതരുന്ന പശുക്കൾ പോകുന്നുവോ; ആ ഗൃഹത്തിലേക്കു വേഗമുള്ള അശ്വങ്ങൾ പോകുന്നുവോ; ആ ഗൃഹത്തിലേക്കു നിത്യയുക്തരായ വിജയം നേടുന്ന വാജിനർ പോകുന്നുവോ. ഹേ അഗ്നേ, സ്തോതാക്കൾക്കായി ഇഷ് (പോഷണം) ഇവിടെ കൊണ്ടുവരിക.
