अन्तराय-उपसर्ग-विवेचनम् / Analysis of Yogic Obstacles (Antarāyas) and Upasargas

अभिवंद्य स्वगुर्वंतानभिवाद्याननुक्रमात् । ऋजुग्रीवशिरोवक्षा नातिष्ठेच्छिष्टलोचनः

abhivaṃdya svagurvaṃtānabhivādyānanukramāt | ṛjugrīvaśirovakṣā nātiṣṭhecchiṣṭalocanaḥ

സ്വഗുരുക്കന്മാരെ വന്ദിച്ച്, പിന്നെ ക്രമമായി മറ്റു പൂജ്യ മുതിർന്നവരെയും അഭിവാദ്യം ചെയ്ത്; കഴുത്തും തലയും വക്ഷസ്സും നേരെയാക്കി, ദൃഷ്ടിയെ സംയമിതവും വിനീതവുമായിട്ട് നിലകൊള്ളണം।
