मनसा कर्मणा वाचा यो ऽपि कोपि शिवाश्रितः । स्वराष्ट्रपतिमुद्दिश्य शिवा श्रितमथापि वा

manasā karmaṇā vācā yo 'pi kopi śivāśritaḥ | svarāṣṭrapatimuddiśya śivā śritamathāpi vā

ആരായാലും മനസ്സാൽ, പ്രവൃത്തിയാൽ, വാക്കാൽ ശിവാശ്രയനായാൽ—സ്വരാജ്യാധിപനെ ലക്ഷ്യമാക്കിയാലും മറ്റൊരു ശിവഭക്തനെ ലക്ഷ്യമാക്കിയാലും—അവൻ ശിവന്റെ ശരണത്തിൽ ഉള്ളവനായി കണക്കാക്കപ്പെടുന്നു।
