അഗ്നി-ബീജ മന്ത്രം വ്യക്തമായി ഉച്ചരിച്ച്, അതിനെ സ്വന്തം ഉള്ളിലെ ‘അഗ്നി-ആസന’ത്തിൽ സ്ഥാപിക്കണം—യോനി-മാർഗ്ഗത്തിലൂടെയോ, അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ആത്മസമ്മുഖമായി അന്തർമുഖനായി അതുപോലെ തന്നെയോ।
