न्यासत्रैविध्य-भूतशुद्धि-प्रक्रिया

निरुद्ध्वा प्राणवायुं च गुणसंख्यानुसारतः । भूतग्रंथिं ततश्छिद्यादस्त्रेणैवास्त्रमुद्रया । नाड्या सुषुम्नयात्मानं प्रेरितं प्राणवायुना । निर्गतं ब्रह्मरन्ध्रेण योजयेच्छिवतेजसा
niruddhvā prāṇavāyuṃ ca guṇasaṃkhyānusārataḥ | bhūtagraṃthiṃ tataśchidyādastreṇaivāstramudrayā | nāḍyā suṣumnayātmānaṃ preritaṃ prāṇavāyunā | nirgataṃ brahmarandhreṇa yojayecchivatejasā
ഗുണങ്ങളുടെ എണ്ണത്തിനനുസരിച്ച് പ്രാണവായുവിനെ നിരോധിച്ച്, അസ്ത്രമുദ്രയാൽ ഭൂതഗ്രന്ഥിയെ ഛേദിക്കണം. സുഷുമ്നാ നാഡിയിലൂടെ പ്രാണവായുവിനാൽ പ്രേരിതമായി ബ്രഹ്മരന്ധ്രത്തിലൂടെ പുറത്തുവരുന്ന ആത്മാവിനെ ശിവതേജസ്സിൽ ലയിപ്പിക്കണം.
