एवं देवैस्समारब्धं तृणमुद्दिश्य यत्नतः । व्यर्थमासीदहो कृष्ण यक्षस्यात्मबलेन वै

evaṃ devaissamārabdhaṃ tṛṇamuddiśya yatnataḥ | vyarthamāsīdaho kṛṣṇa yakṣasyātmabalena vai

ഇങ്ങനെ ദേവന്മാർ വലിയ പരിശ്രമത്തോടെ ഒരു തൃണം ലക്ഷ്യമാക്കി ചെയ്ത ശ്രമം വ്യർത്ഥമായി—ഹേ കൃഷ്ണാ—യക്ഷന്റെ സ്വാഭാവിക ആത്മബലത്താൽ തന്നേ.
