Suta Goswami
Tattva Level: pati
Shiva Form: Dakṣiṇāmūrti
Significance: Highlights the guru as auspicious conduit of Śiva’s grace: entry into the pūjā-space with nitya-karman purity is itself a ‘maṅgala’ ensuring efficacy of worship.
Role: teaching
It highlights that auspiciousness (maṅgala) arises from disciplined, joyful regular worship under a Guru—daily sacred duty becoming a means of inner purification and readiness for Shiva’s grace.
By emphasizing entry into the pūjā-bhavana and performance of nitya rites, it points to Saguna Shiva worship—approaching Shiva through formal temple/linga-centered devotion supported by correct conduct and guidance.
Steady nitya-pūjā: begin worship with purity and prescribed observances; maintain regularity in mantra-japa and offerings, ideally under a Guru’s instruction (with bhasma/rudrākṣa and pañcākṣara where applicable).
