FAQs

It teaches that the soul’s path—continued worldly experience (bhoga) or movement toward liberation (laya)—depends on one’s inner purity and one’s entanglement or freedom across the tattvas, aligning with Shaiva Siddhanta’s view of gradual purification under Shiva’s grace.

Linga-worship and Saguna Shiva devotion are presented as purifying means: as purity increases through disciplined worship, the aspirant’s orientation shifts from bhoga-driven life to laya—inner absorption in Shiva, the Pati beyond tattvas.

The implied takeaway is purification-oriented sadhana—regular japa of the Panchakshara (Om Namaḥ Śivāya), meditation that loosens attachment to bhoga, and Shaiva disciplines such as bhasma (tripuṇḍra) and rudrākṣa when taught in context as aids to inner śuddhi.
