दिक्षु सर्वासु मग्नासु वारिपूरे महीयसि । तदद्भिश्चटुलाक्षेपैस्तरंगभुजमण्डलैः

dikṣu sarvāsu magnāsu vāripūre mahīyasi | tadadbhiścaṭulākṣepaistaraṃgabhujamaṇḍalaiḥ

എല്ലാ ദിക്കുകളും മുങ്ങി, മഹാപൃഥ്വി എല്ലാടവും ജലപൂർണ്ണമായപ്പോൾ, ആ ജലം അശാന്തമായ ചാട്ടങ്ങളോടെയും ഭുജമണ്ഡലത്തെപ്പോലെ വലയാകൃതിയിലുള്ള തരംഗങ്ങളോടെയും എല്ലാദിക്കിലേക്കും കവിഞ്ഞൊഴുകി വ്യാപിച്ചു।
