बाणासुरस्य शङ्करस्तुतिः तथा युद्धयाचनम् | Bāṇāsura’s Praise of Śiva and Petition for Battle

sarvamākarṇya sā tasya kulādi munisattama | utsukā bāṇatanayā babhāṣe sā tu kāminī

Translation

ഹേ മുനിശ്രേഷ്ഠാ, അവന്റെ കുലാദി എല്ലാം കേട്ട ശേഷം, ബാണന്റെ പുത്രി—ആകാംക്ഷയും പ്രണയവശതയും നിറഞ്ഞ്—അപ്പോൾ സംസാരിച്ചു।
