हंस-वराह-रूपग्रहण-कारणम्
The Reason for Assuming the Swan and Boar Forms
तं चासाधकमाज्ञाय पुनश्चिंतयतश्च मे । अभवत्सात्त्विकस्सर्ग ऊर्ध्वस्रोता इति द्रुतम्
taṃ cāsādhakamājñāya punaściṃtayataśca me | abhavatsāttvikassarga ūrdhvasrotā iti drutam
അവനെയും അസാധകനെന്ന് അറിഞ്ഞ് ഞാൻ വീണ്ടും ചിന്തിച്ചപ്പോൾ, വേഗത്തിൽ സാത്ത്വിക സർഗം ഉദിച്ചു; അതിനെ ‘ഊർധ്വസ്രോതസ്’ എന്നു പറയുന്നു.
