The verse teaches that sincere stuti (devotional praise) of Devī as the universal Mother brings siddhi—worldly well-being and inner fulfillment—because She is Jaganmayī, the all-pervading Śakti of Śiva who grants fruits according to devotion.
In Śaiva understanding, Śiva is Pati (the Lord) and Devī is His Śक्ति (power). Worship of the Liṅga (Saguna Śiva) is naturally complemented by praise of Bhavānī, since She is the manifest grace-power through which the devotee’s prayers ripen into results.
A simple practice is nāma-stuti: daily recitation of Devī’s names—Bhavānī, Ambikā, Jaganmayī, Durgā—with focused bhakti; it may be paired with Śiva upāsanā such as japa of “Om Namaḥ Śivāya” and offering prayers for protection and inner steadiness.
