अमरा मरणं सर्वे वांछतीह परे च के । भुक्तिमुक्तिप्रदा चैषा सर्वदा शंकरप्रिया

അമരദേവന്മാരും ഇവിടെ ഈ ‘മരണം’ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നു; പിന്നെ മറ്റാർ ആഗ്രഹിക്കാതിരിക്കും? കാരണം ഇത് എപ്പോഴും ഭോഗവും മോക്ഷവും നൽകുന്നതും ശങ്കരന് നിത്യപ്രിയവുമാണ്।
