Transliteration
bṛhád u gāyiṣe váco 'suŕyā nadī́nām | sárasvatīm ín mahayā su-vṛ́kti-bhiḥ stómair vasiṣṭha ródasī ||
Translation
വിപുലമായ വചനം നീ പാടുക—നദികളിൽ അധിപതി, അസുര്യാ നദി. ഹേ വസിഷ്ഠ, സുവൃക്തിഭിഃ—സുഘടിത വാക്കുകളാൽ—സ്തോമൈഃ—സ്തുതിഗീതങ്ങളാൽ—സരസ്വതിയെ നിശ്ചയമായി മഹിമപ്പെടുത്തുക; റോദസീ—ഇരു ലോകങ്ങൾ—നിന്റെ ഉള്ളിൽ വിശാലമാകുന്നതുവരെ.
