Sukta 6.46
यदिन्द्र नाहुषीष्वाँ ओजो नृम्णं च कृष्टिषु । यद्वा पञ्च क्षितीनां द्युम्नमा भर सत्रा विश्वानि पौंस्या ॥
yád indra nā́huṣīṣv ā́ ójo nṛ́mṇaṃ ca kṛ́ṣṭiṣu | yád vā páñca kṣitīnā́m dyumnám ā́ bhara satrā́ víśvāni páuṃsyā ||
ഹേ ഇന്ദ്രാ! നാഹുഷികളിൽ നീ ജനങ്ങളിൽ ബലവും നൃമ്ണ (പുരുഷാർത്ഥമയ തേജസ്സും) സ്ഥാപിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ; അല്ലെങ്കിൽ അഞ്ചു ക്ഷിതികളുടെ (അഞ്ചു വാസസ്ഥലങ്ങൾ/ഭൂമികൾ) ദ്യുമ്ന (പ്രഭ-യശസ്) നീ കൊണ്ടുവന്നിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ—ആ എല്ലാ പൗംസ്യ (വീര്യശക്തികൾ) ഞങ്ങളിലേക്കു സത്രാ, പൂർണ്ണമായി, കൊണ്ടുവരിക.
