अश्विना हरिणाविव गौराविवानु यवसम् । हंसाविव पततमा सुताँ उप ॥
Transliteration
aśvínā hariṇā́v iva gaurā́v ivā́nu yávasam | haṃsā́v iva patatamā́ sutā́m̐ úpa ||
Translation
ഹേ അശ്വിന്മാരേ, രണ്ടു ഹരിണവർണ്ണ അശ്വങ്ങളുപോലെ, മേച്ചൽഭൂമിയെ അനുഗമിക്കുന്ന രണ്ടു ദീപ്ത വൃഷഭങ്ങളുപോലെ, രണ്ടു ഹംസങ്ങളുപോലെ പറന്നുവരുവിൻ—പിഴിഞ്ഞ സോമത്തിലേക്ക്, ഞങ്ങളിലുളള സജ്ജമായ ആനന്ദത്തിലേക്ക്.
