यन्मन्यसे वरेण्यमिन्द्र द्युक्षं तदा भर । विद्याम तस्य ते वयमकूपारस्य दावने ॥
Transliteration
yán manyase váreṇyam índra dyukṣáṃ tád ā́ bhar | vidyā́ma tásya te vayám akū́pārasya dā́vane ||
Translation
ഹേ ഇന്ദ്രാ, നീ വറെണ്യം (ഏറ്റവും ശ്രേഷ്ഠം, തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കപ്പെട്ടത്) എന്നും ദ്യുക്ഷം (പ്രകാശമാനം) എന്നും കരുതുന്നതെല്ലാം ഇവിടെ കൊണ്ടുവരിക; അകൂപാര (അപരിമിത)മായ നിന്റെ ദാവനേ—അക്ഷയ ദാനത്തെ—ഞങ്ങൾ അറിയുകയും അതിൽ പങ്കുചേരുകയും ചെയ്യട്ടെ.
